KAHL Büroeinrichtungen (Office Design) has been a system partner of Strähle for a number of years. A number of different partition walls and room-in-room systems were used in the newly designed offices. The workspace of the future is open, communicative, pleasant and so flexible that each individual employee can do his or her job in the best way possible. With its "New Work Dock", KAHL not only shows what New Work really means, but also brings home the modern world of work so we can experience it in a special way. This new style of working focuses on people and emphasises transparency, openness and – above all – lived corporate culture.

Each room design must fit the needs of the staff perfectly. Optically, it is styled on the ambience of the neighbouring container port: desks are housed in made-to-measure open rooms with a look of ocean containers. Various room-in-room systems by Strähle are available as retreat areas for meetings and phone calls. The Kubus I system with black profiles and fabric-covered absorbers and curtains follows the idea of industrial flair combined with pleasant cosiness. The glass cubes integrate important functions such as ventilation, sound insulation, indoor acoustics, lighting and multimedia.

The result is a set of rooms with a creative, individual atmosphere and workplaces conducive to communication and exchanging ideas and information, but that also allow for intimacy and retreat options – a place worth spending time in, where every employee can find a favourite place.
